About the event

Mental health and a good and fulfilled life has in our profession of psychotherapy often been described in terms of eastern philosophies and concepts while Christian ideas and values have been neglected and often even blamed as a problem to such a life. This has not seldom created tension and apprehension for many believing Christians of the psychotherapeutic enterprise.

As I started my training and work as psychotherapist, I had adopted a similar notion - only to find to my surprise  Christian ideas and concepts emerging in my work, where I had least expected it. I had often found myself then reflecting on my Christian upbringing and the ideas I found in my work that suddenly revealed on all levels new meaning and brought much vitality to both aspects of my life.

Join me in the evening, of sharing these discoveries!
