DBT has been proven in many decades of research to be a immensly useful in helping clients to find ways to deal with intens emotional experiences and helping them find ways to tolerate and sooth such affect storms.
Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, is a mix of mindfulness, accpetance and behavioral techinquues to help build skills and abilities in self-regulation that have been benefical to clients with that suffer from traumatic experiences that have imapcted her persoality in deep and lasting ways.
