Counsellor

Allyssa is a counsellor with experience supporting individuals across academic and corporate settings. She has provided Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services and supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, work-related stress, and family and relationship difficulties. Her counselling practice is rooted in psychodynamic principles, helping clients gain insight into how early experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns may influence their current thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. She also integrates a solution-focused approach to help clients draw on their strengths, build resilience, and work towards meaningful and achievable goals.

She holds a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counselling from Centro Escolar University, Philippines. Allyssa is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
