Therapy isn’t just for when something’s wrong. It’s also for when you want something more.
Many people come to therapy not because they’re in crisis, but because they want to understand themselves better — to reflect, to grow, and to make intentional changes in how they live, work, and relate.
You might be successful in many areas of life, yet find yourself repeating old patterns in relationships. You might feel the drive to grow as a leader or parent, or to become more grounded in who you are. Or perhaps you simply want a deeper sense of clarity and alignment in how you move through the world.
This kind of work can be subtle, powerful, and deeply rewarding.
Who is This For?
This kind of therapy is for people who are:
- High-functioning but internally unsettled
- Interested in self-awareness, leadership, and emotional intelligence
- Wanting to explore identity, meaning, or direction
- Seeking to improve how they show up in relationships
- Curious about the roots of their habits, reactions, or roles
- Feeling a quiet discontent or sense that “something’s not quite right”
What We Offer
You’ll work with a therapist who brings both clinical training and emotional depth — someone who knows how to ask the right questions, hold complexity, and help you clarify what matters most.
Our work in this space often draws on:
- Psychodynamic and relational therapy
- Schema Therapy and parts work
- Body-based or creative approaches
- ACT and CBT for change-oriented support
- Coaching-informed tools for intentional growth
Several of our therapists also serve as clinical supervisors for other mental health professionals and medical practitioners. This means you’re working with someone trusted not only by clients, but by peers in the field.
What to Expect
When you first reach out, we may begin with a short email or phone conversation to get a general sense of what you’re looking for. This helps us match you with the right therapist.
Once you’re booked in, your first session is a space to begin wherever you are. You don’t need to prepare anything or have a fixed goal — this is a place for reflection, exploration, and insight.
From there:
- Your therapy will be tailored to your pace, values, and goals
- There’s no commitment — you’re welcome to come for a few sessions or stay longer
- We offer open-ended therapy, with no set limit
- You may come weekly, fortnightly, or at a rhythm that suits you
- Your therapist will work with care, respect, and curiosity to support your process
- Everything you share is confidential — your privacy is protected and respected at all times
Fees
- Private session fee: $207 (incl. GST)
