Hi, I’m Charmaine, and I help people work through the pain of past trauma so they can feel more grounded, connected, and in control of their lives again.
I know that starting therapy—especially for trauma—can feel overwhelming. You might not even know where to begin, and that’s okay. My job is to meet you wherever you are and walk alongside you at a pace that feels safe. Whether you’re dealing with childhood experiences, a recent event, or long-standing patterns of anxiety and disconnection, you’re not alone.
I use a mix of trauma-informed approaches like CBT-Trauma, ACT-Trauma, somatic work, and talk therapy to help people process what’s happened and move forward. Every person’s story is different, so I take the time to really listen and tailor our work together to what you need most.
My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I’m here to support you—not to “fix” you—because I believe you already have what you need inside you to heal. Together, we’ll work to reconnect you with that strength.
If you’re ready to begin or just curious about what therapy might look like, feel free to reach out. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
