We offer therapy from two established clinics in Napier — one centrally located on Milton Road, the other just a few minutes away on Niven Street.

A third location is opening soon in Hastings/Havelock North (Spring 2025), expanding access for clients across the wider Hawke’s Bay region.

If you’re based elsewhere in Aotearoa, we also offer therapy via video link or phone. Just let us know when you get in touch — we’ll do our best to match you with a therapist who suits your needs and preferences.

Online Therapy

While we generally recommend coming to sessions in person where possible — especially at the beginning — we understand that this isn’t always practical.

Whether you’re based elsewhere in Aotearoa, have mobility challenges, or simply need more flexibility, many of our therapists can offer sessions via Zoom or phone. This option is available to both ACC-funded and private clients.

You’re also welcome to mix in online sessions with in-person appointments if that suits your schedule better. Just let us know when you get in touch — or speak with your therapist anytime about what works best for you.
