Talking Cure

We’re a group of psychologists, psychotherapists, and counsellors with different backgrounds, personalities, and approaches — but a shared belief in the power of therapy to change lives.

Some of us work analytically, some relationally, some creatively or somatically. Many of us integrate multiple modalities — from EMDR to psychodynamic therapy, CBT, or movement-based work — depending on what each client needs. What matters to all of us is doing therapy that’s thoughtful, grounded, and real.

You’ll find that we’re professional, but never distant. Serious about the work, but always human. We aim to meet people not just as clinicians, but as people who know what it’s like to struggle — and who are passionate about walking alongside others as they grow, heal, and change.

We currently work from two locations in Napier, with a new clinic in Havelock North.

Each of us has written a little about who we are and how we work — to give you a sense of the person behind the qualifications, and help you find someone who feels like a good fit.
